Dalai Lama has links with CIA, Indian Army: China , accusation of China is right and I indeed believe in it.As far as Tibet is concerned, No country has ever publicly accepted Tibet as an independent state including India. While Tibet was once an independent kingdom, the government of the
People’s Republic of China and the Government of Tibet in Exile
disagree over when Tibet became a part of China, and whether this
incorporation into China is legitimate. CIA and the Indian Army got involved in Tibet from 1956 when the rebellion broke up. And Nehru, the then Indian PM, who was the NAM (Non-Aligned Movement) Leader, later turned aside from the conflict siting the Panchasheel Agreement and allowed China to occupy the Tibetian territory which inturn backfired India in 1962 when China-India War arose.Bad Foreign Policy costed it all.
Recently China opened the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, which paves way for more Chinese settlements, result the large influx of Chinese will ultimately extinguish the local culture.
Better for India is to continue backdoor diplomacy and disallow Chinese domination more into the region. Lets ‘wait and see’ as Dalai Lama says, often.

eyeOS
eyeOS is an Open Source Web Desktop Environment, commonly known as Web Operating System or Web Office. Here is the official word:
Imagine
being able to sit down at any ordinary computer in an Internet cafe or
public library, start up the resident web browser and access your
personal desktop – along with your applications, messages, and
information – with a click of your mouse button. Then, when you’re
done, you simply close the web browser to have all of the documents
you’ve just worked on safely stored on your remote server, leaving
nothing on the computer you’ve just been working on. This is the goal
of the mobile desktop and operating system called eyeOS.
I find it very useful and this is how my web desktop looks like
