Benefits of an Attack Mentality

In this pandemic situation, staying positive when everything around you seems wrong is not easy. As humans, we are wired to focus on problems aka problem centric thought (PCT). Thoughts make-the man, but negative thoughts limit our potential and increase stress. How do we overcome?

Skip past the problem and move right toward on the solution with a Relentless Solution Focus mindset (RSF). The way to do this is, Quickly identify a problem and focus right on what needs to be done to improve. The goal always is to have an attack mentally to improve, this RSF would make us mentally tough. The brain immediately recognizes this thought pattern and releases happy chemicals dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrinine as a reward.

Bring out your Attack mentality and always seek out a way to improve, even if its just one small thing.

Ramblings for the day

After 7 months, at last printed 15 photos out of 450 photos taken this year, numbers are mind boggling. Am I being choosy ? Well, not really !! It just reminds me that, I had to learn more photography techniques to limit myself to take only the best shots instead of going for dame luck, by clicking continuously.
Today heard the rejoice of a grand parent when a grand daughter calls you by name for first time, am sure its like floating in the seventh world. Who wouldn’t like to be in the shoe of such a grand parent when I myself wish to be in my future.
Have some travel plans for weekend, had to do a long journey tomorrow,
