Mum after six months of staying with us here, will be returning back to India. All these weeks, we had been enjoying her cooking and care and will be really missing her from next week. My wife will be missing her more than me as they had been chit chatting through out the day all these weeks and will be now be left without company. It’s always good to have elders at home, as we continously get their blessings,guidance and care and we are now keenly waiting for my in-laws to visit us by the year-end.

Oracle to acquire Stellant, a global provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.

This is an $440 million deal i.e., $13.50 per share  and with this Oracle moves up from the challenger position to Leader in ECM market as per this  Gartner’s ECM market quadrant chart.

After the IBM’s Filenet and OpenText’s Hummingbird deals now its Oracle’s turn. Now who’s next HP or EMC to jump in for acquisition?
